Hong Kong Yousoft Technology Co., Ltd. (以下、「当社」といいます) は、お客様のプライバシーの保護に努めます。当社は、このプライバシーに関する声明を注意深く読み、当社がお客様の個人情報をどのように収集、使用、保護するかを理解することをお勧めします。

1. 個人情報の収集と利用

We collect personal information in the course of operating CoSecHK so we can deliver the Services, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and improve user experience. The categories of data we may collect include:

2. Google Driveの統合とサードパーティのクラウドストレージ

If you choose to connect a third-party cloud storage service (such as Google Drive) to CoSecHK, we will request only the access scopes necessary to create, store, and manage the documents you explicitly select. Depending on the actions you take, we may process:

  • あなたが承認したアカウントを識別するための基本的な Google アカウント情報 (名前やメール アドレスなど)。

  • File content that you choose to upload, generate, or modify via CoSecHK while using the integration, solely for the purpose of completing the requested operation.

お客様の指示に従って、本サービスは、お客様が許可した場所でファイルやフォルダーを作成、アップロード、編集、移動、コピー、ダウンロード、変換、または削除することがあります。これらの操作を完了するために作成されたステージング コピーは、法律でより長い保存期間が要求されない限り、処理の完了時に自動的に消去されます。

Google API から取得した情報の使用は、Google API サービスのユーザー データ ポリシー (限定使用要件を含む) に準拠します。 Google のユーザー データは、セキュリティ上の理由、規制の遵守、またはお客様の明示的な同意がある場合を除き、無関係な機能の開発、広告、または人間による読み取りのために使用されることはありません。

You may revoke CoSecHK access to your Google account at any time by visiting https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. If you disconnect the integration, we will delete the associated access tokens and cease processing data from that account.

3. Third-Party Company Reference Features

If you use the optional Third-Party Company Reference Features (as described in our Terms of Use), we may process the following categories of information in order to provide the Features, calculate usage fees, prevent abuse, maintain audit records, and comply with legal obligations:

  • Query inputs you submit, such as company names, unified social credit codes, or other search keywords;
  • Reference company information returned by third-party data providers, which may include corporate registration particulars and, where present in the source data, names and related particulars of legal representatives, shareholders, or other individuals associated with the queried company;
  • Technical and audit logs, such as the time of query, Feature endpoints used, token consumption, cache status, and records of your acknowledgement or acceptance of the Feature terms; and
  • Reports or summaries you choose to generate or download within the System.

We process this information to deliver the Features you request, operate billing and fair-use controls, secure the Services, and meet record-keeping or legal requirements. The Features rely on third-party commercial data providers. Those providers process queries and return data under their own terms; we do not control the completeness or accuracy of their datasets.

Where the returned information includes personal data, you acknowledge that you determine the purposes of using such data for your client work, and you are responsible for ensuring that your collection and use comply with applicable privacy and data-protection laws (including the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong and, where applicable, laws of relevant jurisdictions). We retain Feature-related logs and cached reference data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, subject to longer retention where required by law or for dispute resolution.

4. データ処理の法的根拠と目的

5. 情報の共有と開示

当社はあなたの個人データを販売しません。当社は、以下の状況においてのみ個人データを共有する場合があります。

  • 当社に代わってインフラストラクチャ、ホスティング、顧客サービス、分析、またはキャッシュ フロー処理を提供し、厳格な機密保持およびデータ保護義務の対象となるサービス プロバイダー。

  • Third-party commercial data providers that power the Third-Party Company Reference Features, solely to the extent necessary to process your queries and return reference results.

6. データの保存

当社は、サービスの提供、本ポリシーに記載された目的の達成、法的義務の遵守、紛争の解決、契約の履行に必要な期間、個人データを保持します。法律で継続的な保持が義務付けられている場合を除き、データは不要になった場合、削除または匿名化されます。

7. データセキュリティ

8. 国際データ転送

CoSecHK is operated from Hong Kong. Depending on your location and the location of our service providers, your personal information may be processed in jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your home jurisdiction. We take appropriate measures to ensure that any cross-border transfers comply with applicable legal requirements.

If you use the Third-Party Company Reference Features, query requests and related reference data may be transmitted to or processed by third-party providers operating in various jurisdictions. By using those Features, you instruct us to transmit the necessary query parameters to such providers for the purpose of returning the requested reference results.

9. あなたの権利と選択

適用法で許可されている場合、個人データへのアクセス、修正、更新または削除を要求したり、特定の処理に反対または制限したり、データのポータビリティを要求したりすることができます。

You may manage email communication preferences in your account settings or by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails. To revoke CoSecHK access to Google Drive or other integrations, use the provider's security settings (for Google, visit https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).

10. Cookie と追跡テクノロジー
